Salvia sclarea - BulgariaClary Sage oil is steam distilled from leaves and flowers. Its has a
distinct fragrance, quite different from regular sage. Clary Sage has been
described as strongly herbal with floral and even nutty notes. Some
individuals experience a light-headedness or euphoria, but mainly it seems to
energize and motivate. Clary Sage is also a reputed aphrodisiac. This oil
blends well with many others including Bergamot, Orange, Cypress, Geranium,
Jasmine, Lavender, and Sandalwood.
Dalamation Sage

Salvia officinalis - SpainDalmation Sage has a fresh, clean, attractive herbal scent that is very different from Clary Sage, and exactly like the herb Sage you may have growing in your garden. Dalmation Sage oil is used in combination with Helicrysum essential oil and a carrier oil to reduce the look of old scars due to wounds, acne or cellulite. Don't expect instant results, however; regular applications over a period of 3 to 6 months should yield results. The two oils work in combination to cleanse the skin and promote the flushing of toxins from scar tissue and cellulite, while encouraging the growth of new skin.
